Things I build, runand keep exploring.

Independent products, studios and experiments I build outside client work - from early ideas and prototypes to real businesses.

Why these exist

These are the things I build outside client work: a studio, an internal tool, a brand, an experiment that stayed alive. They exist because running a product is the only way to keep an honest opinion about what building one costs.

Client work teaches you to make good decisions. Owning a product teaches you which of those decisions you have to live with afterwards - the flows that get maintained, the system that either holds or does not, the branding that shows up on an invoice long after the launch. That distinction is difficult to learn from the outside.

Two of these are studios, one is a workspace tool used by a single team, and one is this site. Several have their own case study, because the design reasoning behind independent work is usually more candid than the reasoning behind client work: nobody had to be persuaded, so nothing was softened.

Have a product worth building?
Let’s make it perform.

I work with founders and product teams on products that need to launch, convert, scale or simply work better.
